Andrew Barnes

Chief Technology Officer

Andrew Barnes leads Transactly’s technology strategy, overseeing product architecture, cloud systems, and AI-powered automation. With nearly 20 years in software engineering—spanning telecom, fintech, SaaS, and streaming—he combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership.

His career includes roles at Huawei, CTO at Ampersand Tech. Ltd, and projects ranging from secure payment systems to streaming NFL content to over 60 million users. A graduate of KNUST in Electrical Engineering, Andrew specializes in cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, and LLM-integrated developer workflows.

At Transactly, he drives the development of resilient, secure, and scalable solutions that power smart automation across enterprise and government systems.

Safoah Rockson

Business Development Manager

Gloria Safoah Rockson is a seasoned business development professional with over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management in Ghana’s financial and tech sectors. She began her career at UT Bank and later served as a Relationship Manager at Fidelity Bank, managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients and SMEs.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Central University and a Master’s in Marketing from Pentecost University. She is also a Certified Wealth Practitioner from RBA International.

At Transactly, Gloria leads growth strategies across sectors like finance, logistics, education, and government, aligning our automation solutions with evolving market needs and forging key partnerships that drive impact.

Kurt Plange

Risk & Compliance Manager

Emmanuel Kurt Plange leads Transactly’s governance, risk, and compliance efforts, ensuring secure and standards-aligned operations. With expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and IT audit and business assurance, he oversees risk assessments, policy development, and data protection across the enterprise.

He holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications Engineering, and is trained in ISO/IEC 27001 implementation. As a member of ISACA, Emmanuel brings a structured, risk-based approach that promotes digital trust, compliance readiness, and operational integrity in all client solutions.

Araba Abaidoo

Operations & Project Manager

Araba Abaidoo is an accomplished operations and project delivery expert with several years of experience managing IT and telecom projects. A PMP®-certified professional with an MBA in Management Information Systems from University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from KNUST, she brings a strong mix of technical expertise and strategic leadership to Transactly.

Araba leads client delivery, process optimization, and quality assurance, ensuring every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Her strengths in project governance, customer experience, and data-driven operations are key to delivering scalable and impactful digital solutions across sectors.

Elsie Maison

Finance Manager

Elsie is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial planning, compliance, and automation. She plays a key role in ensuring Transactly’s financial operations are transparent, efficient, and scalable.

Prior to joining Transactly, she led the Reconciliation and Settlement Unit at a leading fintech firm, where she streamlined digital transaction processes and strengthened internal controls. Her fintech experience enables her to thrive in tech-driven, fast-paced environments.

Elsie holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Coast. She is instrumental in building financial systems that support Transactly’s growth and digitization goals.

Lydia Agbenyega

HR & Administrative Officer

HR and Administrative professional with a passion for building organized, people-focused workplaces where teams and operations thrive. At the heart of her role is ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while supporting the wellbeing and growth of employees.

She brings a strong background in administrative support, internal communications, and documentation management. In addition to her core administrative strengths, Lydia has a solid foundation in data analysis, and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional projects enhancing both project delivery and continuous process improvement at Transactly.

With a detail-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of both people and processes, Lydia is committed to creating environments where staff feel supported and operations run smoothly.
